It also made me really want to do some more fancy cooking, just in line with some of the other things I have been watching lately, namely clips of the sumptuous Nigella Lawson. You can find lots of clips with her on youtube, and it is so inspiring. I like her so much more now that she has stopped saying that everything is so quick, and then goes on to having pre-chopped, bre-baked, pre-boilt everything. Now, there are fewer ingredients and more real time stuff, and that is so nice.Good cooks are really inspiring if you ask me, and now all I can think about are butter based sauces, like hollandaise, bearnaise and sandefjordssmør. In my head all I can think is this line from "Little Women": "Oh, isn't butter divinity?"
Tomorrow we are having eggs benedict. I am so looking forward to it!
